Acceptable Use Policy

• Use the platform to break any law or regulation in the UK or your local jurisdiction.
• Upload malware, viruses or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data.
• Probe, scan, load-test or penetration-test the platform without our written consent (see Vulnerability Disclosure).
• Use the platform to harass, defame or impersonate any person.
• Falsify safety records, certificates or signatures, or use EasyQMS to misrepresent compliance status.
• Resell, sublicense or expose the platform to third parties outside the scope of your subscription.

You must have the right to upload any personal data, photos or documents to the platform, and you must comply with UK GDPR when doing so.

We may suspend accounts or remove content that breaches this policy, with notice where practical. Serious or repeated breaches may result in termination without refund.
