Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. We also use related storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) — for the purposes of this policy and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), we treat these the same way.

• Strictly necessary — required to deliver the service (authentication session, CSRF protection, consent preference). Always on; no consent required under PECR.
• Preference — remember your UI choices (e.g. selected product tab, dark mode).
• Analytics — anonymous aggregated usage measurement. Off until you opt in.

• sb-access-token / sb-refresh-token — strictly necessary, authentication.
• easyqms.cookie-consent — strictly necessary, stores your consent choice for 12 months.
• easyqms.product — preference, remembers your last-viewed product tab.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the easyqms.cookie-consent entry from your browser storage, which will re-trigger the consent banner. You can also block cookies entirely in your browser settings; strictly-necessary cookies cannot be disabled without breaking the platform.

We do not currently set third-party advertising cookies. If we add an analytics provider in the future, it will be listed here and will only run after you opt in.
