These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the EasyQMS website and services. By accessing or using EasyQMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

EasyQMS provides software designed to assist organisations in managing compliance related activities, records, documentation, certifications, audits and associated operational processes.

EasyQMS is a compliance management tool and does not guarantee regulatory compliance.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep account credentials secure
• Ensure information entered into the platform remains up to date
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data uploaded to the platform.

EasyQMS assists customers in managing compliance activities.

EasyQMS does not certify, warrant or guarantee that any customer, engineer, employee, contractor or organisation is compliant with any law, regulation, accreditation requirement, industry standard or certification scheme.

Responsibility for maintaining compliance remains solely with the customer.

EasyQMS may provide reminders, notifications and alerts.

These features are provided for convenience only.

EasyQMS does not guarantee delivery, receipt, visibility or accuracy of any notification or reminder.

Customers must maintain independent processes for monitoring compliance obligations.

Whilst we aim to provide reliable access to the platform, EasyQMS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades or events outside our reasonable control.

All software, branding, designs, content, workflows, source code and intellectual property associated with EasyQMS remain the property of EasyQMS or its licensors.

Customers retain ownership of data uploaded to the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyQMS shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of business
• Loss of contracts
• Loss of opportunity
• Reputational damage
• Regulatory penalties
• Enforcement action
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential loss

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.

EasyQMS reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
