Accessibility Statement

EasyQMS is built to be usable by engineers and managers working in busy field environments — including on phones, in gloves, on poor connections.

This document is a working template. Specifics marked [REVIEW] must be confirmed by EasyQMS leadership and legal counsel before being relied upon contractually.

Standard

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, Level AA. We design and test against this standard but do not yet claim full conformance.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML, keyboard-navigable controls and visible focus states.
  • Sufficient colour contrast and a respected reduced-motion preference.
  • Form fields with associated labels and error guidance.
  • Responsive layouts that work down to small mobile screens.

Known limitations

Some legacy data export views and rich charts may not yet meet AA. We're actively working on these.
